Annual Family Banking Storage Fee |

Storage Fee: $125/year. The $125 annual cord blood storage fee will start when your baby turns one year old and is fixed for the life of the contract.
17-year Pre-Paid Storage Plan: $1,700. Our prepayment plan includes all fees and maintenance for a 17-year period. Prepaying your storage fees now saves you $425 versus paying annual storage fees! |

Currently Payment plans and fees apply to single birth, U.S. customers only. A $150 cancellation fee will be charged if our service is discontinued prior to your baby's delivery. In the event that the cord blood unit is collected and processed, but is not acceptable for storage (i.e., HIV), your credit card will be charged $600.00.
